Booking & Reservations
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Final balance is due 48 hours before the event
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 72+ hours before event: Full refund
- Cancellations within 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows: Deposit forfeited
Passenger Conduct
- BYOB is permitted; all passengers consuming alcohol must be 21+
- No smoking or vaping on any vehicle
- No illegal substances permitted
- Passengers are responsible for any damages to the vehicle
- Driver reserves the right to end service for unruly behavior
Service Terms
- Overtime is billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments
- Standard packages include up to 3 stops; additional stops are $15 each
- Gratuity is not included and is at the client\u2019s discretion (18-20% suggested)
Liability
Pitt Party Bus maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for personal items left on the vehicle or injuries resulting from passenger misconduct.
